Trey has tried hundreds of cases to verdict in federal and Virginia courts, including dozens of jury trials as lead counsel. His most recent federal jury trial resulted in a full acquittal. He effectively negotiates with prosecutors and federal and state law enforcement agencies outside the courtroom and before charges are ever brought.
